Contact your insurance company to obtain a claim number, name Best Caravans as your preferred repairer, then contact us via phone or email.
Talk to your insurance company, mention us as your preferred supplier, and we can take it from there.
It depends on how much your excess is - this is sometimes referred to as a deductible. The dollar amount of your excess can be found in your policy documents. Once your insurance claim has been approved, we will invoice you for this amount.
